Prescription formation rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of hemorrhagic stroke based on A Collection of Prescriptions for Stroke
Objective:To investigate the formation rule of prescriptions for the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke in A Collection of Prescriptions for Stroke. Methods:A Collection of Prescriptions for Stroke was searched for prescriptions for the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke.Microsoft Excel 2010 was used to analyze traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)frequency;SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to perform association rule analysis and decision tree a-nalysis;SPSS Statistics 25.0 was used to perform cluster analysis and factor analysis. Results:A total of 355 valid prescriptions were obtained, involving 267 TCM drugs, and the core drugs were Angelica sinensis,Carthamus tincto-rius,Rhizoma Chuanxiong, and peach seed.As for the function of commonly used drugs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving accounted for 22.49%,followed by liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing(17.31%),deficiency-tonifying(14.72%),heat-clearing(11.77%),and phlegm-eliminating,cough-relieving,and asthma-relieving(7.65%).The drugs with a cold nature accounted for 40.36%,followed by those with a warm nature(32.24%)or a neutral nature(22.30%);the drugs with a bitter taste accounted for 32.03%,followed by those with a sweet taste(28.68%)or a pungent taste(23.25%);the drugs entering the liver meridian accounted for 23.56%,followed by those entering the heart meridian(14.56%)or the spleen meridian(14.26%).The associa-tion rule analysis obtained 12 drug groups, the cluster analysis obtained 8 drug groups, and the factor analysis ob-tained 15 common factors;the decision tree with Rheum officinale as the dependent variable obtained two TCM drugs of Rheum officinale and Panax notoginseng. Conclusion:Data mining techniques show that in the formation of TCM prescriptions for the treatment of hemorrhagic stroke, the main compatibility rules include activating blood and resolving stasis, pacifying liver and extinguishing wind, tonifying deficiency and clearing heat, and resolving phlegm and opening orifice, which may help to develop drugs and guide the clinical practice of TCM.
