Clinical effect of Baduanjin exercise combined with G-EO rehabilitation robot in treatment of dyskinesia due to Parkinson's disease:An analysis of 30 cases
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Baduanjin exercise combined with G-EO rehabilitation robot in the treatment of dyskinesia due to Parkinson's disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with dyskinesia due to Par-kinson's disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The pa-tients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and those in the treatment group received Baduan-jin exercise and the treatment with G-EO lower limb rehabilitation robot;the course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of MDS Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale Part Ⅲ(MDS-UPDRSⅢ)score,timed up and go test(TUGT)results,Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score,and GE-O rehabilitation robot parame-ters,including step length and step speed.Results:After treatment,both groups had significant improvements in MDS-UP-DRS Ⅲ score,TUGT results,BBS score,step length,and step speed,and there were significant differences in these indica-tors between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Baduanjin exercise combined with G-EO rehabilitation robot can improve the flexibility and coordination of body activity and the balance and walking abilities in pa-tients with dyskinesia due to Parkinson's disease.
