Medication rule of Huang Yunxiang in treatment of consumptive disease:A study based on data mining
Objective:To investigate the medication and prescription rules of Chief Traditional Chinese Med-icine(TCM)Physician Huang Yunxiang in the treatment of consumptive disease by analyzing related medical re-cords based on data mining.Methods:Microsoft Excel was used to perform a frequency analysis of TCM drugs and their attributes used by Chief TCM Physician Huang Yunxiang in the treatment of consumptive disease from January 2022 to June 2023,the Apriori algorithm in SPSS Modeler18.0 was used to perform an association rule analysis of the drugs in prescriptions,and SPSS Statistic 25.0 was used for hierarchical cluster analysis to search for high-fre-quency drug combinations.Results:The medical records of 315 patients with consumptive disease were included.Pale tongue and greasy coating were the main tongue manifestations,and slippery pulse was the main pulse manifes-tation.Spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome was the most common syndrome type.A total of 515 pre-scriptions were included,involving 204 TCM drugs,among which most drugs had a warm nature and a sweet taste and entered the spleen meridian.Poria cocos had the highest frequency of use,and Qi-tonifying drugs among defi-ciency-tonifying herbs were the main type of drug.The association rule analysis showed the highest degree of sup-port in Poria cocos-Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.And the highest degree of confidence in Poria cocos-Amo-mum villosum-tangerine peel.A cluster analysis was performed for high-frequency drugs,and three new prescrip-tions were extracted.Conclusion:Chief TCM Physician Huang Yunxiang has unique medication rule in the treatment of consumptive disease,with the main syndrome type of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome,and the spleen and the kidneys are taken seriously in terms of the deficiency and damage of five viscera.Sweet and warm-natured drugs for supporting Yang are mainly used for treatment,and tonifying deficiency and draining dampness are the main treatment methods,with the assistance of drugs for inducing astringency and regulating Qi.
