复方三叶香茶菜片治疗低病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎湿热内结证30例

Clinical effect of Compound Sanye Xiangchacai Tablet in treatment of chronic hepatitis B with low viral load and damp-heat internal syndrome:An analysis of 30 cases

目的:观察复方三叶香茶菜片治疗低病毒载量慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)湿热内结证的临床疗效.方法:收集符合纳入标准的30例低病毒载量CHB湿热内结证患者的临床资料,并进行回顾性总结,比较患者治疗前后肝功能[总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、白球比(A/G)]及肝脏瞬时弹性硬度[肝硬度值(LSM)、受控衰减参数(CAP)],和治疗前、治疗3个月、治疗6个月、治疗9个月的乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)水平.结果:治疗后患者的肝功能各项指标及LSM值均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),其CAP值虽低于治疗前,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月、6个月、9个月的HBV-DNA水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.01).结论:复方三叶香茶菜片治疗低病毒载量CHB湿热内结证具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Sanye Xiangchacai Tablet in the treat-ment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)with low viral load and damp-heat internal syndrome.Methods:A retrospec-tive analysis was performed for the clinical data of 30 CHB patients with low viral load and damp-heat internal syndrome who met the inclusion criteria,and the patients were compared in terms of liver function[total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and albumin/globulin ratio(A/G)]and transient liver stiffness[liver stiffness measurement(LSM)and controlled attenuation parameter(CAP)]before and after treatment,as well as HBV-DNA level before treatment and at 3,6,and 9 months of treatment.Results:After treatment,there were significant reductions in the above liver function parameters and LSM(P<0.01)and a reduction in CAP(P>0.05).HBV-DNA level at 3,6,and 9 months of treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compound Sanye Xiangchacai Tablet has a good clinical effect in the treatment of CHB with low viral load and damp-heat internal syndrome and thus holds promise for clinical application.
