Medication rule of Li Chunhong in treatment of tension-type headache:A study based on data mining
Objective:To investigate the prescription and medication rules of Professor Li Chunhong in the treatment of tension-type headache based on data mining,and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of tension-type head-ache.Methods:Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions were collected from the patients with tension-type head-ache who were treated by Professor Li from March 2018 to March 2023,and Excel 2016,SPSS 19.0,and SPSS Modeler 14.1 were used to analyze prescription rules.Results:A total of 343 prescriptions were included,involving 1 14 TCM drugs,among which there were 22 commonly used TCM drugs.Most drugs had the function of nourishing the blood and activating blood,reg-ulating Qi and resolving phlegm,and dispelling wind and soothing the liver.The association rule analysis obtained 53 common-ly used drug combinations,and the hierarchical cluster analysis obtained 4 core drug combinations,among which Angelica sinen-sis-Rhizoma Chuanxiong-Bupleurum chinense-Scutellaria baicalensis-Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparata-Radix Paeoniae Alba was the core prescription,while the other drug combinations were Saposhnicovia divaricata-notopterygium root-Radix Angeli-cae Dahuricae-Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Poria cocos-tangerine peel-roasted Fructus Aurantii Immaturus-Codonopsis pilosula-Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.-Alisma orientalis,and Radix Puerariae-bran-fried Bombyx Batryticatus-Radix Trichosan-this-raw Concha Ostreae-Curcuma aromatica-Rheum officinale.Conclusion:In the treatment of tension-type headache,Pro-fessor Li often starts from Shaoyang for medication and performs treatment from blood,Qi,wind,and phlegm,using modified classical prescriptions and combined prescriptions such as Angelica sinensis-Rhizoma Chuanxiong prescriptions,Bupleurum chinense prescriptions,and wind-dispelling prescriptions based on the specific condition of each patient.
