Objective:To investigate the acupoint compatibility rules for acupuncture in promoting the re-covery of knee joint function after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods:WANFANG DATA,VIP,CNKI,and PubMed databases were searched for articles on acupuncture for promoting the recovery of knee joint function after TKA published from January 1,2014 to March 1,2024.Excel,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,and SPSS25.0 were used to perform frequency analysis, association rule analysis, and cluster analysis of acupoints. Results:A total of 25 articles were included, involving 33 acupoints, with a total frequency of use of 159 times.Yinlingquan had the highest fre-quency of use,and the acupoints mainly belonged to the spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin;five-Shu points were the specific acupoints with the highest frequency of use.The association analysis obtained two rules with a support de-gree of>50%,i.e.,Yinlingquan-Xuehai and Yinlingquan-Yanglingquan.The cluster analysis obtained five effec-tive clusters,i.e.,Quchi-Houxi-Chize-Kunlun,Taixi-Taichong,Xuanzhong-Heding-Geshu,Kuangu-Fucheng,and Jiexi-Ashi point. Conclusion:Zusanli,Liangqiu,Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan, and Xuehai are the main acu-points for acupuncture in promoting functional recovery after TKA.The acupoints selected are mainly distributed a-long the meridians and collaterals around the knees or those following the meridians to reach the knees, with the principles of neighboring point selection and acupoint selection along the meridians.
