清咽利喉含片制备工艺研究

Preparation process for Qingyan Lihou Buccal Tablets

目的:对清咽利喉袋泡茶进行工艺、剂型改进.方法:利用正交试验设计,考察提取溶剂用量、提取时间及浓缩温度等工艺因素,通过浸膏得率及含量测定综合选择最佳提取及浓缩工艺.筛选辅料种类及用量,确定最佳成型工艺.结果:水提煎煮次数为加水煎煮2次,第1次加10倍量水,煎煮2 h,第2次加9倍量水,煎煮1.5 h.提取液浓缩及浸膏干燥条件均为:温度60~70℃,真空度-0.06-0.1 Mpa.填充剂种类为可溶性淀粉,其用量比例为干膏粉∶生药粉∶可溶性淀粉=1∶0.2892∶0.64.润湿剂为85%乙醇,用量为30%~35%.矫味剂为1%甜菊糖苷;薄荷脑用量为0.19%.结论:对清咽利喉袋泡茶进行工艺、剂型改进,制备成咽喉含片,便于患者携带与服用,并为开发新药奠定基础.
Objective:To improve the process and dosage form of Qingyan Lihou Teabags.Methods:A or-thogonal test was performed to examine the process factors such as the amount of extraction solvent used,extraction time,and concentration temperature,and the optimal extraction and concentration processes were selected based on extract yield and content determination.The types and amount of excipients used were identified to determine the optimal forming process.Results:The water extraction process involved two rounds of decoction.In the first round,water(10 times)was added for 2 hours of decoction.In the second round,water(9 times)was added for 1.5 hours of decoction.The conditions for extract concentration and extract dryness were a temperature of 60~70℃ and a vac-uum degree of-0.06 to-0.1 MPa.The type of filler was soluble starch,and the ratio of dry extract powder,crude drug powder,and soluble starch was 1:0.2892:0.64.The wetting agent was 85%ethanol,with an amount of 30%-35%.The corrigent was 1%stevioside,and the amount of menthol used was 0.19%.Conclusion:This study im-proves the process and dosage form of Qingyan Lihou Teabags and prepares buccal tablets that are convenient for carrying and medication,which lays a foundation for new drug development.
