Objective:To improve the process and dosage form of Qingyan Lihou Teabags.Methods:A or-thogonal test was performed to examine the process factors such as the amount of extraction solvent used,extraction time,and concentration temperature,and the optimal extraction and concentration processes were selected based on extract yield and content determination.The types and amount of excipients used were identified to determine the optimal forming process.Results:The water extraction process involved two rounds of decoction.In the first round,water(10 times)was added for 2 hours of decoction.In the second round,water(9 times)was added for 1.5 hours of decoction.The conditions for extract concentration and extract dryness were a temperature of 60～70℃ and a vac-uum degree of-0.06 to-0.1 MPa.The type of filler was soluble starch,and the ratio of dry extract powder,crude drug powder,and soluble starch was 1:0.2892:0.64.The wetting agent was 85％ethanol,with an amount of 30％-35％.The corrigent was 1％stevioside,and the amount of menthol used was 0.19％.Conclusion:This study im-proves the process and dosage form of Qingyan Lihou Teabags and prepares buccal tablets that are convenient for carrying and medication,which lays a foundation for new drug development.
