Analysis of verification results of testing capacity on occupational health in an autonomous region in 2022
Objective To compare the test results between the laboratory of the disease control and prevention of an autonomous region(CDC for short)and the laboratories of the occupational health vocational service agencies(vocational service agencies for short)in 2022,and evaluate the testing capacity and the quality of the laboratories for occupational health testing in the autonomous region. Methods The conformity of the test results of the participating laboratories was judged by specifying method and the fixed-value assignment method. Results There were 244 test items provided by the laboratory of CDC and other 61 laboratories of the occupational service agencies.202 items were qualified, with the qualified rate of 82.8%.The qualified rate was 91.6%in the occupational service agencies, higher than that of 75.7%in CDC,with statistical difference(x2=10.720,P<0.05).After comprehensive assessment,30 laboratories are qualified, with the qualified rate of 49.2%.The qualified rate of comprehensive assessment was 66.7%in the occupational service agencies, higher than that of 35.3%in CDC,with statistical difference(x2=5.926,P<0.05).The laboratory comprehensive testing ability of the occupational service agencies was higher than that of CDC.Conclusions The testing capacity of the occupational health testing laboratories which participate the comparison in the autonomous region basically meet the requirements of occupational health testing. The testing ability needs to be further improved.
