摘要
结核病(TB)是由结核分枝杆菌(MTB)经呼吸道传播引起的慢性传染病,严重威胁公众健康.关于TB的研究一直在进行中,出于伦理考虑,使用动物模型来研究TB是研究结核疫苗和药物的不错选择.MTB感染小鼠模型的成功建立对于研究TB的发病机制、免疫反应、病理表现等方面至关重要.作者总结了MTB感染小鼠动物模型的建立、鉴定及应用,以期为研究TB提供参考.
Abstract
Tuberculosis(TB)is a chronic infectious disease caused by the respiratory transmission of mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB),and seriously threatens the public health.Researches on TB are always ongoing,and the use of animal model is a good choice for studying vaccine and drugs of tuberculosis due to ethical considerations.The successful establishment of a mice model of MTB infection is essential for the study of the pathogenesis,immune response and pathological manifestations of tuberculosis.The author of this paper summarizes the establishment,identification and application of mice models of MTB infection,in order to provide reference for the study of TB.
