目的 基于检索Web of Science数据库对美国疾病预防与控制中心(美国CDC)2018-2022年发表的论文进行论文数据分析.方法 本文采用论文计量学分析方法,检索所属机构为"CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL PREVENTION USA"的论文,检索Web of Science数据库中2018-2022年发表的.统计学分析发表论文的年度、国家、期刊、作者等的分布情况,了解美国疾病预防与控制中心在国际上的研究现状及其发展趋势.结果 共检索到18 585篇论文.美国CDC发表的论文在2018-2022年,基本保持在3 000～4 000篇/年,原创性论文(Article)占比为75.8％.属于公共环境职业健康(public environmental occupational Health)领域的论文最多,有6 630篇,属于传染病(infectious diseases)的论文有4 119篇,另外,免疫学(immunology)与微生物学(microbiology)、内科学(medicine general)、热带医学(tropical medicine)等领域也有较多论文.在关键词方面,"risk""children""infection"和"prevalence"位列前4位.论文的期刊排名第1位的是MORBIDITY AND MORTALITY WEEKLY REPORT(简称MMWR).荷兰出版机构Elsevier发表了3 288篇论文,排在首位.作者Calafat A M发表了242篇论文.结论 美国CDC在这段时间内保持了稳定的论文产出,在科研领域的持续投入和活跃性.在公共环境职业健康、传染病领域的论文数量排在前两位.此外,在多个公共卫生领域也有广泛涉猎."risk"关键词出现频率最高,表明美国CDC的研究关注点主要集中在风险评估和管理上.此外,"children""infection"和"prevalence"等关键词也表明了美国CDC对儿童健康和传染病的关注.通过这项研究,我们对美国CDC在国际上的研究现状和发展趋势有了更深入的了解.该机构在多个领域都展现出了广泛的研究兴趣和活跃度.
Bibliometric analysis of papers published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2018 to 2020
Objective To analyze the data of papers published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)from 2018 to 2022 based on searching the Web of Science database.Methods This study used bibliometric analysis methods to search for papers affiliated with CENTRS FOR DISEASE Control PREVENTION USA,published in the Web of Science database from 2018 to 2023.Statistical analysis was performed to investigate the distribution of publication years,countries,journals,authors,etc.,and to understand the current research status and development trends of the CDC in the United States internationally.Results A total of 18 585 papers were retrieved.From 2018 to 2022,the number of papers published by the CDC remained remained stable at approximately 3 000-4 000 per year,with original articles accounting for 75.8％.There were the largest number of papers in the field of Public Environmental Occupational Health,with 6 630 papers,and 4 119 papers in the field of Infectious Diseases.In addition,there were also many papers in fields such as Immunology and Microbiology,Medicine General,and Tropical Medicine.In terms of keywords,"risk""children""infection"and"prevalence"ranked in the top four positions..According to the statistics of the journal of the paper,the highest number of publications was MORBIDITY AND MORTALITY WEEKLY REPORT(MMWR).The Dutch publishing organization Elsevier published 3 288 papers,ranking first.Author Calafat AM has published 242 papers.Conclusions The CDC has maintained a stable output of papers during this period,with sustained investment and activity in scientific research.The number of papers in the fields of Public Environmental Occupational Health and Infectious Diseases ranked in the top two positions,and there was also extensive exploration in multiple public health fields.In addition,it had been extensive involvement in multiple public health fields.The keyword"risk"appeared most frequently,indicating that the research focus of the CDC was mainly on risk assessment and management.In addition,keywords such as"children","infection",and"presence"also indicated the CDC's attention to children's health and infectious diseases.Through this study,we gained a deeper understanding of the current research status and development trends of the CDC internationally.The institution has shown extensive research interests and activity in multiple fields.
