两河口水电站右岸断层灌浆试验研究

两河口电站F4、F12断层规模相对较大,断层走向近垂直河床,渗径短渗压大,断层充填物遇水极易软化泥化,是影响帷幕渗透稳定的关键薄弱部位.通过不同部位水泥化学复合灌浆试验研究,灌后综合多种方法对质量进行检测,并根据灌浆效果提出合理的灌浆施工方法及材料组合,针对性解决工程技术难题,为后续工程建设运行提供了可靠的技术资料,也为类似工程提供借鉴.
Research on Grouting Test for Right Bank Fault at Lianghekou Hydropower Station
The F4 and F12 faults at the Lianghekou Power Station are relatively large in scale,with a nearly perpendicular orientation to the riverbed.They have a short seepage path and high seepage pressure.The fault filling materials are prone to softening and mudification when in contact with water,making them critical weak points affecting the stability of the curtain seepage.Through experiments involving different cement-based chemical grouting methods at various locations,comprehensive quality inspections were conducted after grouting.Based on the grouting effectiveness,reasonable grouting construction methods and material combinations were proposed.This approach effectively addressed engineering technical challenges and provided reliable technical data for the subsequent construction and operation of the project.It also serves as a reference for similar projects.
