长龙山抽水蓄能电站下水库工程进出水口过流面混凝土的外观质量决定了下水库主体工程受水流冲刷和侵蚀作用的影响程度,为了提高进出水口过流面混凝土评定优良率,通过现状调查和原因分析,找出了影响因素;运用5W2H分析方法,制定了对策和实施措施,最终达到了设定目标.本次研究与实践形成的对进出水口过流面混凝土施工质量控制的有效经验,可为其他工程提供参考.
Study and Practice on Improving the Rate of Excellence in Assessing Concrete for Inlet and Outlet Structures of the Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station
The exterior quality of the concrete for the overflow surface of inlet and outlet structures of the lower reservoir project at the Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station determines the extent to which the main structure of the lower reservoir is affected by water flow erosion and abrasion.In order to improve the rate of excellence in assessing the concrete for the overflow surface of inlet and outlet structures,conducted a comprehensive investigation and root cause analysis to identify influencing factors.Using the 5W2H analysis method,strategies and implementation measures were developed,ultimately achieving the set objectives.The effective experience in quality control of concrete construction for the overflow surface of inlet and outlet structures developed through this research and practice can serve as a valuable reference for other projects.
