取水可靠性是引水工程正常运行的主要影响因素,合理选择取水水源位置是确保取水可靠性的前提.文章通过对新疆车尔臣河取水水源工程现状的调查梳理,总结研判取水工程存在的主要问题,本着取水水源含沙量应分别满足灌溉和城乡用水需求的原则,从工程建设投资、工程"等效益"等方面进行引水水源方案比选,分析推荐的水源的安全可靠性和取水水量的保障率,以及方案布局的优缺点,可为多泥沙河流引水水源布置提供技术支撑,为类似工程提供借鉴.
Layout and Alternative Scheme Analysis of the Qiemo River Water Intake Project in Xinjiang
Water intake reliability is a major influencing factor for the normal operation of water diversion projects,and the rational selection of water intake locations is a prerequisite for ensuring water intake reliability.This paper,through an investigation and analysis of the current status of the Qiemo River Water Intake Project in Xinjiang,summarizes the main issues in the water intake project.Adhering to the principle that the sediment content in the water source should meet the irrigation and urban and rural water demand separately,it conducts a comparative analysis of water source selection from the perspectives of project construction investment and"equivalent benefits".The paper also analyzes the safety and reliability of the recommended water source,the guarantee rate of water intake,and the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme layout.This can provide technical support for the arrangement of water sources for multiple sediment-laden river water diversion projects and holds significant engineering application significance.
