文章通过调研安徽省岳西县青天乡老鸭村单村饮水安全工程建设管理现状,分析水质水量存在的问题,并以乡村振兴战略为背景,结合农村供水新需求,从统一整合资金、统一分区规划、统一标准设计、统一建设管理、统一运行维护五个方面,探讨了单村农村供水保障工程建设管理路径,以期为偏远山区农村供水高质量发展提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
This paper,based on an investigation into the current status of single-village drinking water safety project construction and management in Laoya Village,Qingtian Township,Yuexi County,Anhui Province,analyzes the issues related to water quality and quantity.Against the backdrop of rural revitalization strategy and in response to new demands for rural water supply,it discusses the construction and management approach for single-village rural water supply security projects from five aspects:unified fund integration,unified regional planning,unified standard design,unified construction management,and unified operation and maintenance.The aim is to provide insights and references for the modernization of rural water supply in remote mountainous areas.
