摘要

针对陡坡长、 斜井多工作面同时开展衬砌的施工需求和现有台车的施工缺陷,文章以滇中引水香炉山隧洞2号施工支洞为研究对象,结合应用于公路、铁路等平洞的数字化、智能化整体液压钢模台车设计理念,应用智能化步履行走式整体液压台车,实现了斜井台车定位智能化和安全状态自动监测,大大提高了陡坡斜井衬砌效率和质量.

Abstract

In view of the need for simultaneous lining construction of multiple working faces with long steep slope and inclined wells as well as the construction defects of the existing trolley, taking No. 2 Construction Tunnel of Xianglushan Tunnel of Water Diversion in Gentral Yunnan as the research object, in this paper, combining with the design concept of digital and intelligent integrated hydraulic steel mould trolley applied in highway, railway and other flat tunnels, the intelligent walking integrated hydraulic trolley is applied to realized the intelligent positioning of inclined well trolley and the automatic monitoring of safety state, which greatly improves the efficiency and quality of the inclined well lining with steep slope.
