辽宁省大伙房水库输水(二期)工程,是辽宁省最大规模使用大口径PCCP管道的线性工程.文章以此工程为例,介绍了直埋预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)阴极保护及腐蚀环境监测系统设计和应用情况.该系统可以持续监测PCCP管道的阴极保护电位、钢筋腐蚀速率和腐蚀情况等参数.通过及时评估监测结果可以预知PCCP管道腐蚀情况,从而避免应力腐蚀对输水管道的破坏,确保阴极保护和防腐措施的可靠性,可为同类工程提供借鉴.
Design and Application Research of Cathodic Protection and Corrosion Environment Monitoring System for PCCP Pipelines
Liaoning Dahuofang Reservoir Water Transfer ( Phase Ⅱ) Project is the largest-scale linear engineering project in Liaoning Province that utilizes large-diameter PCCP pipelines. This paper takes this project as an example to introduce the design and application of the cathodic protection and corrosion environment monitoring system for directly buried PCCP. The system can continuously monitor parameters such as the cathodic protection potential, the corrosion rate of the steel reinforcement, and the corrosion status of the PCCP pipelines. By timely assessing the monitoring results, it is possible to predict the corrosion status of the PCCP pipelines, thereby preventing the damage to the water transfer pipelines due to stress corrosion and ensuring the reliability of cathodic protection and anti-corrosion measures. The content of this paper is of significant reference value for similar protects.
