禹门口二级站实际运行过程中,集水池易形成螺旋流,引起集水池内流态紊乱,导致泵壳和叶轮汽蚀较严重.文章通过构建三维水动力数值模型,模拟现状和优化方案设计工况下的集水池和进水管的三维水动力特性,科学评估工程优化方案的实施效果,为禹门口灌区二级站工程改造提供数据支撑.
Three-Dimensional Hydrodynamic Numerical Simulation Study of the Forebay at the Secondary Station of the Yumenkou Irrigation Area
In the actual operation of the Yumenkou Secondary Station, the collection pool tends to form a spiral flow, causing turbulence in the flow state within the pool, leading to serious cavitation in the pump casing and impeller. This paper constructs a three-dimensional hydrodynamic numerical model to simulate the three-dimensional hydrodynamic characteristics of the collection pool and the inlet pipe under both current and optimized design conditions. It scientifically evaluates the effectiveness of the engineering optimization plan, providing data support for the renovation project of the Yumenkou Secondary Station in the irrigation area.
