Analysis and Handling of Operational Faults in the High-Top Oil Pump System of Unit 1 at Liujinba Power Station
This paper analyzes the malfunction that occurred in the operation of the No. 1 high-top oil pump of the No. 1 unit at the Liujinba Power Station during the start-stop process of the unit. The inability of the No. 1 high-top oil pump to operate normally led to a series of problems, including a failure in the 220V DC system and a shutdown of the No. 1 unit. The paper introduces targeted measures taken to address this issue. Through these measures, the reliability of the high-top oil pump ' s operation is enhanced, providing a reference and learning experience for handling similar equipment malfunctions.
