Discussion on the Application Technology of Synchronous Opening and Closing System for Ship Lock
In the absence of mechanical shaft connections, achieving synchronous operation of dual-sided winch mechanisms, and thereby ensuring stable opening and closing of double-hoist point gates, can be accomplished not only through advanced variable frequency speed control technology but also via electric motor synchronous rotation ( electric shaft synchronization) technology. This paper explores the application methods of the electric shaft synchronization system in the opening and closing of ship lock gates, discussing aspects such as the principle of electric shaft synchronization, the composition of the main circuit, and the methods and steps of installation and debugging. It is worthy of exchange and mutual learning among peers.
