盾构法输水隧洞延伸密封环始发技术的研究与应用

大口径隧洞,在诸多非开挖施工工艺中,盾构工艺逐渐成为主流,整个盾构施工过程盾构始发是重中之重,为保证盾构始发的安全性,一般方案是对盾构始发前面的地层进行加固处理,在满足设计要求的情况下盾构始发.在盾构始发时,往往存在端头加固不满足设计要求,地下水量大无法降到设计标准,始发时周边风险高等一系列问题,为克服以上问题,文章介绍了一种延伸密封环始发技术,可有效消除盾构始发过程的施工风险.可对类似新建及在建项目提供参考借鉴.
Research and Application of the Shield Method for Water Conveyance Tunnel Extension and Initial Sealing Ring Technology
For large-diameter tunnels,among various non-excavation construction technologies,the shield method has gradually become the mainstream.The commencement of shield tunneling is of paramount importance in the entire shield construction process.To ensure the safety of shield tunneling commencement,a common approach is to reinforce the strata in front of the shield before commencement,and to initiate the shield tunneling process after meeting the design requirements.However,during the commencement of shield tunneling,there are often issues such as insufficient reinforcement at the tunnel face,excessive groundwater,and high surrounding risks.To overcome these problems,this paper introduces an extension and initial sealing ring technology,which can effectively eliminate construction risks during the shield tunneling commencement process.This technology can serve as a reference for similar new and ongoing projects.
