Analysis of Lining Construction Methods for Channels at High Groundwater Levels
In the construction of hydraulic engineering projects,high groundwater levels can have many adverse effects on channel lining construction.This paper takes the channel lining project of the Qiyi River in the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project as an example to conduct research on construction responses under high groundwater level conditions.By analyzing the situation where heavy rainfall causes a rapid rise in the groundwater level of the channel,thus affecting construction,and combining actual engineering experience,several response methods focusing on construction drainage and dewatering were proposed.These methods were applied in subsequent construction of the project and achieved good results.This has certain reference significance for the construction of similar hydraulic engineering projects.
