针对目前混凝土面板挠度监测中普遍存在的仪器存活率低、对面板混凝土浇筑施工干扰大、测值精度低、成本高等问题,文章依托夹岩工程大坝面板挠度监测项目,提出了将面板挠度监测电平器暗埋、串联及数据采集成套技术,可有效提高仪器存活率和观测成果精度,工作效率提高50%以上.该技术为获取面板挠度长期监测数据、评价面板工作状态提供了科学依据,可供类似工程参考.
Application of the Buried Installation Technology for Panel Deflection Monitoring Electro-levels in Jiayan Project
In response to the common issues of low instrument survival rate,significant interference during concrete panel pouring,low measurement accuracy,and high costs in current concrete panel deflection monitoring,this paper proposes a set of techniques for buried installation,series connection,and data collection of electro-levels in rock mass engineering dam panel deflection monitoring projects.These techniques effectively improve instrument survival rate and observation accuracy,with work efficiency increased by over 50%.They provide a scientific basis for obtaining long-term monitoring data on panel deflection and evaluating panel performance,and can serve as references for similar projects.
