网格化漂浮平台精准定位装置,能够精准高效地进行抛投施工作业,解决水下抛投石笼不到位的难题.大清河河道内后亭控导工程在根石抛投加固过程中,将漂浮平台利用三角稳固法固定在水面上,通过南方cass3D制图软件,调绘三维模型与水下地形图,采用三维连续观测的方式,在空间上制定立体流水作业实施方案.依据设计要求,将平台划分为四个区块,计算出每个区块的抛投量,利用安装在漂浮平台最前端的GPS工程定位接收机,提取坐标放样后,采用吊装设备将石笼抛投至设计位置,实现精准定位抛投.
Development and Application of A Precision Positioning Device for Mesh Floating Platforms
The precision positioning device for mesh floating platforms enables accurate and efficient placement operations,solving the issue of inaccurate underwater gabion placement.In the Houting control and guidance project within the Daqing River channel,the floating platform was fixed on the water surface using a triangular stabilization method.Utilizing South CASS 3D drawing software,a three-dimensional model and underwater topographic map were created,and a three-dimensional continuous observation method was used to develop a spatially integrated operational plan.According to design requirements,the platform was divided into four zones,with the amount of gabion placement calculated for each zone.Using a GPS engineering positioning receiver installed at the forefront of the floating platform,coordinates were extracted and staked out.Lifting equipment was then used to place the gabions in the designated positions,achieving precise positioning and placement.
