摘要

文章对桃源水电站23 号泄洪闸门异常开启事件进行了分析.通过现场分析,得知此次异常开启的根本原因是由于PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)受到停、复电冲击,造成PLC死机后输出紊乱,错误发出闸门开启指令,因闸门控制回路没有故障闭锁功能,最终导致23 号泄洪闸门异常开启.为防止类似情况再次发生,对泄洪闸控制系统进行改造,经长时间试运行证明措施可行,可为类似情形提供参考.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the abnormal opening incident of gate No.23 at the Taoyuan Hydropower Station.Through on-site analysis,it was found that the root cause of this abnormal opening was due to the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)being subjected to power interruption and restoration shocks,resulting in PLC crash and erratic outputs.This led to the erroneous issuance of the gate opening command as the gate control circuit lacked fault locking functionality,ultimately resulting in the unsafe incident of gate No.23 being opened unexpectedly.To prevent similar incidents from recurring,modifications were made to the gate control system,which proved feasible through long-term testing.This experience can serve as a reference for similar situations.
