Construction of Quantitative Evaluation System for Performance of Small Hazardous Reservoir Reinforcement Projects based on Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
This paper,based on the characteristics of reinforcement projects for small hazardous reservoirs,has constructed a targeted performance quantitative evaluation system.This system comprehensively evaluates the rationality of the reinforcement project scheme,the standardization of engineering construction management,the degree of recovery of functional indicators,and the benefits after reinforcement from four aspects.Through this evaluation system,the performance of reinforcement projects for small hazardous reservoirs can be objectively and quantitatively evaluated,providing a scientific basis for government decision-making,fund allocation,and subsequent project management.
