考虑水气混合态下和平县城供水工程输水管道水击试验研究

为研究和平县供水管网输水管道水击渗漏特性,设计开展了输水管道的水击试验,根据监测数据进行了初始运营参数的影响特性分析.研究表明,渗漏孔位置会改变入口压力时序演变特征,但对入口流量演变影响较小.初始输水流量运营参数不会改变入口压力、泄漏孔压力的时序演变特点,且泄漏孔压力的时序演变中具有振荡式递减阶段.初始含气率运营参数会影响管道内水气混合态,造成入口压力的时效演变差异性,初始含气率参数与入口压力、入口流量水平均为负相关关系.研究认为初始含气率参数应不超过2%,而初始输水流量控制在安全允许值内即可.文章内容对供水工程输水管道的水击渗漏、防渗检修具有数据参考意义.
Research on Water Hammer Test of Water Supply Pipeline in Heping County Urban Water Supply Project Considering Mixed State of Water and Gas
To investigate the water hammer leakage characteristics of the water supply pipeline in Heping County,water hammer tests are designed and conducted.An analysis of the influence characteristics of initial operational parameters based on monitoring data is carried out.The study shows that the leakage hole location can alter the temporal evolution characteristics of inlet pressure,but has minimal impact on the evolution of inlet flow.Initial water supply flow operational parameters does not change the temporal characteristics of inlet pressure or leak hole pressure evolution,and the temporal evolution of leak hole pressure exhibits an oscillatory decreasing stage.Initial gas content operational parameters can affect the water-gas mixed state within the pipeline,leading to differences in the temporal evolution of inlet pressure.There is a negative correlation between initial gas content parameters and both inlet pressure and inlet flow level.The study suggests that initial gas content parameters should not exceed 2%,while initial water supply flow should be controlled within safe allowable values.The content of this paper is of reference significance for water hammer leakage and prevention and maintenance of water supply pipeline in water supply engineering.
