Analysis of the Economic Operation of Permanent Magnet Horizontal Axial Flow Pump Units at the Hanzhuang Pumping Station of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project
As the ninth-stage pumping station of the first phase of the Eastern Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,Hanzhuang Pumping Station currently pumps over 1.2 billion cubic meters of water annually, incurring significant electricity costs.Studying and optimizing the economic operation of the units is of paramount importance for energy conservation and consumption reduction at the pumping station. This paper conducts statistical analysis and efficiency calculations based on the historical operation data of the units, identifying four major factors influencing the economic operation.By comparing and studying the data related to these factors, corresponding improvement measures are proposed, providing scientific and technological guidance for the economic operation of the permanent magnet horizontal axial flow pump units.
