上海市中小河道疏浚工程现状与对策分析

摘要
中小河道疏浚对消除河道内源污染、恢复河床具有重要意义.为加强疏浚工程项目管理,规范河道治理工作,维护良好生态环境,针对上海市中小河道疏浚工程,分析了其现状和存在的突出问题,提出了完善底泥分类处置、提高底泥再生利用率、加强项目前期和施工期管理、保障项目资金投入、加大河道治理宣传等方面的对策建议,为中小河道疏浚工程提供参考.
Abstract
Dredging of small and medium-sized rivers plays a crucial role in eliminating internal pollution and restoring riverbeds.In order to strengthen project management,standardize river management,and maintain a healthy ecological environment,this paper analyzes the current situation and prominent issues of dredging projects in small and medium-sized rivers in Shanghai.It proposes measures to improve the classification and disposal of sediment,increase the utilization rate of sediment recycling,strengthen pre-project and construction phase management,ensure adequate project funding,and enhance publicity for river management.These recommendations serve as a reference for dredging projects in small and medium-sized rivers.
