摘要

文章依托迈湾水利枢纽工程,针对热带地区筑坝的特点和难点,进行拌和、运输、碾压、温控等智能实施专题研究,通过对筑坝材料的管理及运输、大坝的碾压质量和温度的控制、试验管理等信息的全过程监控及实时调控,形成热带地区筑坝智能管控一体化技术.整个项目实施成果在极大地降低了人力成本的同时,也保证了大坝建设质量.该技术实践可为同类水利项目提供有效思路.

Abstract

Based on the Maiwan Water Conservancy Project,this paper focuses on the characteristics and challenges of dam construction in tropical regions.It conducts specialized research on intelligent implementation in mixing,transportation,rolling,and temperature control.Through comprehensive monitoring and real-time regulation of information on the management and transportation of dam materials,the quality of dam rolling and temperature control,and test management,an integrated intelligent management and control technology for dam construction in tropical regions has been developed.The implementation results of the entire project significantly reduces labor costs while ensuring the quality of dam construction.This technical practice can provide effective insights for similar water conservancy projects.
