Numerical Analysis of the Impact of Curtain Grouting on the Lining Structure of Adjacent Tunnels
Curtain grouting is prone to generate load effects on existing structures in close proximity,making it necessary to analyze its impact on structural safety.Taking the Ganhe Reservoir as an example,based on the calculation of FLAC3D numerical calculations,this paper firstly analyzes the diffusion pattern of the grout and then evaluates the impact of curtain grouting on the existing structures.The results show that after 10 hours of grouting,the grout diffuses 43 meters to reach the tunnel;a grouting pressure limit of 1.55MPa does not affect tunnel safety.Further sensitivity analysis indicates that the grouting pressure at the contact points between the grout and various parts of the tunnel lining should not exceed 1.66MPa.This method demonstrates reliable simulation results and can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
