本文论述了潼南三叶片灯泡贯流水轮发电机电磁方案设计和定子、转子、轴承和通风冷却系统等主要结构设计特点.针对潼南水轮发电机的容量小但电压等级高、磁极数量多、定子直径大和定子铁心短等特点,进行电磁比选设计和结构优化设计,解决了电磁负荷匹配和结构刚度弱等难题,为三叶片灯泡贯流水轮发电机的设计开发提供参考.
Overview of Three-blade Bulb Type Hydro-generator Design for Tongnan Power Station
The electromagnetic design for Tongnan three-blade bulb type hydro-generator and the main structural design of stator、rotor、bearing and ventilation cooling system are introduced in this paper.According to the characteristics of the Tongnan hydro-generator,such as low capacity but high voltage level、more poles、large stator diameter、short stator core and so on,the electromagnetic comparison design and structural optimization design are carried out,which solves the problems of electromagnetics load matching and structural stiffness,and provides reference for the design and development of the three-blade bulb type hydro-generator.
