Research on Constructing the Smart Financial System Based on the Treasury Management Systems with Middle-platform Architecture-A Case Study of the X Group Corporation
According to the needs of the enterprise's digital transformation,X Group relies on the treasury management systems with middle-platform architecture to build a smart financial system.On the basis of undertaking the original financial sharing platform function,X Group comprehensively reshapes the process and information system by sharing business and financial platform resources.Based on the analysis of the problems facing X Group in the construction of the treasury management systems with middle-platform architecture,this paper analyzes the optimization schemes of procurement-payment process,order-receipt process,expense reimbursement process,contract management process and invoice management process,and analyzes the construction effect of its smart financial system relying on the treasury management systems with middle-platform architecture,which can provide experience and reference for other enterprises'financial digital transformation.
