Cultivate the Social Mentality of Promoting Interaction,Communication,and Integration among Urban Floating Populations of Ethnic Minorities:Theoretical Logic and Practical Path
Cultivating a healthy and positive social mentality is of fundamental significance for promoting interaction,communication,and integration among urban floating populations of ethnic minorities.Due to the existence of objective problems such as blending,integration,mobility and stability,there are theoretical particularities and practical difficulties in the interaction,communication and integration of those populations,which calls for consolidating the social mentality as the cornerstone of political psychology.This social mentality includes the online and offline social mentality of the urban floating populations of ethnic minorities and the online and offline social mentality of the residents.Although there are certain challenges,accurate measures should still be taken in urban ethnic work so that cities can better accept people of all ethnic groups and help them better integrate into cities.
