The rapid transformation of digital technology has fundamentally reshaped the previous forms of deliberative democracy practice.Digital deliberative democracy enhances the capability of multi-subject cooperation and governance,close engagement with the public and real-time monitoring and feedback through field reconstruction,technological empowerment,organizational optimization,and meaning reconstruction.However,digital deliberative democracy still faces challenges such as the emergence of new inequalities due to the"digital divide,"rigid hierarchical organizational constraints hindering collaborative governance by multiple subjects,and the sharply increased pressure to control public opinion due to ethical misconduct in negotiation.To promote the healthy development of digital deliberative democracy and enhance its governance efficiency,it is necessary to break down hierarchical barriers by integrating party organizations,bridge the"digital divide"through technology popularization,and cultivate participatory political culture to improve the democratic atmosphere.
