The Generative Logic and Solution Pathways of Credit Dilemma Facing Government-Run Charitable Organizations:An Empirical Analysis Based on the Neglected Donation Raising of the Beijing Red Cross
Government-run charitable organizations are the backbone of charitable organizations in China,playing an irreplaceable role.In the process of rapid social transformation and the development of the charitable cause,China's official charitable organizations face many deep-seated problems and challenges such as the mismatch between goals and means of implementation,the tension between the"four tendencies"(institutionalization,administrationalization,aristocratization and entertainment)and the endogenous driving force to enhance credit awareness,and the value conflict between departmentalism and altruism,the conflict between the law-based governance of the credit of government-run charitable organizations in accordance with the law and the weak legal support system and the imbalance between cost expenditures and benefits caused by insufficient disciplinary measures.We should establish a long-term mechanism by deepening institutional and mechanism reforms in order to create a good situation where government-run charitable organizations dare not,can not and do not want to lose their trust.
