Research on the Value of Constructing China's Independent Legal Knowledge System:A Perspective Based on the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Legal Culture
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China stated,"Chinese modernization is the modernization of material and cultural-ethical advancement".In the process of advancing Chinese modernization,we should enrich the cultural soil on which the spirit of the rule of law grows,and build an independent Chinese legal knowledge system carrying fine traditional Chinese legal culture.Before putting forward specific strategies,it is necessary to explore the value of building China's independent legal knowledge system in light of the inheritance and innovation of traditional legal culture.First,we should draw on the profound ideological wisdom of the Chinese legal system so as to establish the value orientation of building China's independent legal knowledge system.Secondly,we should reshape the significance of traditional legal culture in the contemporary construction of the rule of law so as to clarify the value connotation of building China's independent legal knowledge system.Thirdly,we should encourage creative transformation and development of fine traditional Chinese legal culture so as to help realize the value of constructing China's independent legal knowledge system.
