摘要

在汽轮机低压长叶片结构设计过程中,通常采用阻尼拉筋结构来改善叶片的强度和振动特性.拉筋的存在会阻碍叶栅通道内的流体流动,使流场分布变得更为复杂,并造成气动性能的损失和通流效率的降低.文章将以工业汽轮机低压末级长叶片为模型,对其采用圆形拉筋连接结构和无拉筋时的气动特性进行分析,以研究圆形拉筋对叶片气动性能的影响幅度.

Abstract

In the process of structural design of low pressure long blades of steam turbines, damped lacing structures are usually used to improve the strength and vibration characteristics of the blades. The presence of lacing can obstruct fluid flow within cas-cade channels, complex the flow field, cause loss of aerodynamic performance and reduced flow efficiency. This paper will take the low pressure long blade of industrial steam turbine as a model, analysis the aerodynamic performance with round lacing or not, study the influence range of aerodynamic performance caused by round Lacing.
