摘要

针对某燃机试验平台现有测量系统在燃机外引线敷设过程中存在的支撑面不足、敷设复杂、交叉飞线等问题,提出了一套优化改善方案.该方案通过在燃机上方增加收纳桥架,以及在燃机下方设置单层桥架或引线柱,用于收纳测试引线和优化线缆敷设路径,以提高燃机上下台效率和后期维护排故的便利性.

Abstract

In response to the cable layout issues of measurement system in a gas turbine test bed, as well as the problems of insufficient support surface, complexities in external wiring of engine cylinders, and crossing flying lines, an optimized improvement design has been proposed. Through the design of a dedicated cable for storing test cables and optimizing cable laying paths, the existing test stand is retrofitted. The improvement plan includes adding a storage cable above the engine and setting up a single-layer cable or lead column below the engine to enhance the efficiency of engine installation and maintenance.
