摘要

文章详细论述了某焊接式轴流压缩机转子制造工艺流程.通过对空心部位特点进行分析,制定出稳定可靠的加工方案,重点分析压缩机转子在加工中的静挠度特性,以及转子焊后偏心控制及修正技术.

Abstract

The article detailed discusses the machining process of welded axial compressor rotor. According analyzing the characteristics of hollow parts of rotor and compile the reliable machining process, with the focus on the static deflection of compressor rotor during machining stage, the eccentricity control and correction technology of rotor after welding stage.
