摘要
对正面分析存在困难的工程技术问题,如果其自变量和因变量之间存在较好的线性关系,可以采用数理统计学的多元线性回归方法进行模拟.通过计算机分析数据,建立计算模型,进而检测工程中的相关指标或参数.并通过虚拟模型输入新的变量参数来求解未知结果实现智能检测.利用该方法建立的性能模型,可检测燃气轮机、蒸汽轮机等发电设备的实际运行性能,对其他设备也具有参考意义.
Abstract
For engineering and technical problems with high difficulty,if there is a good linear relationship between independent variables and dependent variables,then the multiple linear regression method of mathematical statistics can be used to simulate the engineering and technical model.Using a large number of known operation data,the computer analyzes the data and establishes a calculation model,which can be applied to detect relevant indexes or parameters in engineering.Through the established virtual model and inputting new variable parameters then get result is the process of intelligent detection.The method can be used to establish the performance model of the generator set and to detect the actual operation performance of power generation equipment such as gas turbine and steam turbine.It also has reference significance for other equipment.
