摘要
某核电厂 1 000 MW半速汽轮机组大修后启机过程中高中压缸1#轴瓦两侧温差最大达 20℃,相较同型号机组对应轴瓦两侧温差明显偏大.通过分析造成1#轴瓦两侧温差大的因素,并于该机组2022 年 4 月大修期间进行 1#轴承(座)倾角测试与故障排查试验,最终研究发现造成 1#轴瓦两侧温差大的原因是汽缸滑销系统运动不畅造成的轴瓦倾斜.文章的研究结果,对避免汽轮机轴承金属温差大的故障重复发生以及确保机组安全可靠运行提供了参考.
Abstract
The maximum temperature difference is 20℃ between the two sides of the bearing pad of a 1 000 MW steam turbine unit in a nuclear power plant during start-up process after overhaul,which is obviously larger than that of the corresponding bearing pad of the same type of unit.By analyzing and investigating the factors that caused the large temperature difference between the two sides of 1#bearing pad,during the major overhaul of the unit in April 2022,1#bearing(pedestal)inclination test and troubleshooting experiment were carried out,the final study found that the reason for the large temperature difference between the two sides of 1#bearing pad was the bearing tilt caused by the poor sliding of the sliding pin system.The research results of this paper provide a reference for avoiding the repeated failure of the large temperature difference of the steam turbine bearing metal and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the unit.
