摘要

相控阵超声检测是 1种新型、高级的工件内部缺陷无损超声检测技术,其可使用多个不同晶片独立发射超声波,并按照设定的时序和要求通过电子信息控制系统激发各晶片阵源,从而实现声场的偏转、多角度和聚焦.随着该技术的快速发展,出现了多种相控阵超声后处理聚焦算法.文章通过对几种常见相控阵超声后处理聚焦算法的原理简介与仿真,对比各种算法在分辨率设置、成像质量和运算数据量等的差异,分析各种算法的优缺点和适用范围,为合理的选择相控阵超声后处理聚焦算法提供参考依据.

Abstract

Phased array ultrasonic testing is a new and advanced non-destructive ultrasonic testing technology for internal defects in workpieces.It uses multiple chips to independently emit ultrasonic beams,and controls the excitation of each chip unit through an electronic system according to certain rules and timing,thereby adjusting the position and direction of the control focal point to form a focused sound field.With the rapid development of phased array ultrasound detection technology,various phased array ultrasound post-processing focusing algorithms have emerged.This article introduces and simulates the principles of several common phased array ultrasound post-processing focusing algorithms,compares the differences in resolution setting,imaging quality,and computational data volume among various algorithms,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,and applicability of each algorithm,and provides a reference basis for the reasonable selection of phased array ultrasound post-processing focusing algorithms.
