摘要
在企业数字化转型过程中,MES系统的建设是必然的选择,是实现智能化生产的关键环节.为了推进透平叶片生产的精益化、透明化,聚焦于叶片生产过程中的典型问题,提出了基于精益生产理念的叶片数字化车间MES应用方案,并介绍了MES应用的实施成效,对其他企业解决车间制造执行管理问题提供了一定的借鉴作用.
Abstract
In the process of enterprise digital transformation,the construction of MES system is the inevitable choice and the key link to realize intelligent production.In order to promote the lean and transparent production of turbine blades and focus on the typ-ical problems in the process of blades production,the application scheme of digital workshop MES for blades based on the concept of lean production is put forward,and the implementation effect of MES application is introduced,which provides a reference for other enterprises to solve the problem of workshop manufacturing execution management.
