“校企合作、工学结合”人才培养模式的梯级发展研究

“校企合作、工学结合”是一种特殊的教学组织形式,它需要经历三个发展阶段,每个发展阶段,校企合作模式所能够实现的教学效果有很大的不同。随着校企双方合作的默契,利益追求的趋同,对各方所应承担的社会责任的认识一致,校企合作会不断向其高级阶段前进,校企合作的高级阶段就是工学结合,这一阶段的学生可以随时顶替企业熟练技工进行生产劳动,并从生产实习中获取新的实践经历和改进生产技术的能力。但这三个发展阶段中,学生的适岗率是逐渐降低的,在适岗率逐渐降低的情况下,如何保证“工学结合”的教学效果,是我们研究中要解决的重要问题。
The stratified development research of “University-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination” personnel training mode
“University-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination” is a special teaching organization form. It need experience three development stages, and the differences between the teaching results that University-enterprise cooperation can attain in every stage are great. The cooperation between university and enterprise is getting tacit agreement, their interest has no difference, and their responsibility that they should bear is consistent. Above things push University-enterprise cooperation into an advanced stage, and the advanced stage is work-study combination. Students of this advanced stage can take place of skilled workman at all times, and these students can achieve great abilities of new practice experience and improving production technology. But during these three development stages, the rate of suitable for jobs is getting lower and lower, so under the circumstance of lower rate of suitable for jobs, how to achieve the teaching effect of work-study combination is the important problem that we should solve in our study.
