交流条件下银氧化锌触头材料应用研究

采用合金粉末预氧化法制备了氧化锌含量(8%~12%)的银氧化锌触头材料,并对其机械物理性能、金相组织、电性能等进行了比较分析.结果表明,随着氧化锌含量的增加,线材的电阻率逐渐增大,密度逐渐减小,其硬度和抗拉强度也有增大的趋势.在20 A以内小电流条件下进行电寿命验证,结果表明,随着氧化锌含量的增加,电寿命呈现下降的趋势,在交流条件下,AgZnO(8)具有较好的综合电性能.
In this paper,alloy powder pre-oxidation method was used to prepare AgZnO electrical contact materials of 8%-12% ZnO and their mechanical and physical properties,metallographic structure and electrical properties were tested for comparative analysis.The results showed that with contents of ZnO,the electrical resistivity of prepared wires was gradually increased,their densities were gradually decreased and their hardness and tensile strengths tended to increase.Electrical life was tested under the condition of low current within 20 A,and the result showed that with the increase of contents of ZnO,the electrical life tended to be decrease,and AgZnO(8)had a relatively better comprehensive electrical properties in condition of AC.
