Silvering Saving Electrical Contact Materials for Thermal Fuses
This paper introduces the basic principle of thermal fuses and the requirements of star contacts for electrical contact materials,as well as the material types of electrical contact materials used in this field.A AgCuO material of good plasticity was developed by internal oxidation process,and a silver saving AgCuO/Cu/AgCuO material was developed by both internal oxidation process and hot rolling composite process,and all of the above can meet the performance requirements of organic thermal fuses of all temperature levels.
