Design and Research of an Image Recognition Technology in Rivet Contact Selection Equipment
Rivet contact picker is a special production equipment based on image recognition technology in rivet contact post-processing process.This paper introduces a rivet contact selection equipment based on Kearns image processor which is composed of human-computer interface,industrial computer,CCD image processor,servo control system,glass disc,vibrating disc feeding device,good and defective product separation device,PLC control system and other components.It realizes the high-speed CCD image recognition of silver based rivet contact,material shortage shutdown,Good and defective product separation,analysis and statistics.The rivet contact image recognition and selection equipment has accurate recognition which can replace manual operation,meet the selection process requirements of various rivet contact production,reduce the operators of the selection process and thus improves the production efficiency and reduces the labor cost of the enterprise,and has application value.
