为解决能源短缺和传统燃油汽车排放尾气造成环境污染问题,达到节能减排、降低用车成本、保护环境的目的,一种代步工具——电动汽车在国家良好政策补贴下,逐步取代燃料汽车.但是,纵观现状,与之配套的充电基础设施建设的不完善和数量不足,制约它健康发展和全面普及.因此,设计一款充电控制系统尤为必要.本设计以西门子S7-200为控制核心,通过输入模块,实现定时充电及扫码充电,并具有故障判断报警和自动断开故障充电桩功能.
Design of Electric Vehicle Centralized Charging Control System Based on PLC
In order to solve the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution caused by exhaust emissions from traditional fuel vehicles,and to achieve the goals of energy conservation,emission reduction,reduction of vehicle costs and environmental protection,a kind of mobility tool,electric vehicles,is gradually replacing fuel vehicles under the subsidies of policies.However,now the imperfection and insufficient number of charging infrastructures constrains its healthy development and comprehensive popularization.Therefore,it is especially necessary to design a charging control system.This design takes Siemens S7-200 as the control core,and through the input module,it realizes timed charging and code-sweeping charging,and has the functions of fault alarm and automatic disconnection of faulty charging piles.
