考虑过电压限制下的光伏渗透率安全限值研究

在含分布式光伏电源的馈线数学模型基础上,分析并导出了馈线光伏渗透率的安全限值计算模型.针对整区光伏规划容量接入的实际配电线路的馈线特征,在线路电压偏差可达标准上限的前提下计算各回馈线的光伏渗透率及安全限值,来确定规划光伏接入后有电压越限风险的馈线.最后,以实际屋顶光伏试点工程展开案例分析,结果表明:所提方法能够快速对试点区域内配电网的光伏规划容量进行评估,为整区光伏的建设有序发展提供参考.
Research on Safety Limits of Photovoltaic Permeability Considering Overvoltage Limitation
In this paper, based on the mathematical model of feeder with distributed photovoltaic power supply, the calculation model of safety limit of feeder photovoltaic permeability was analyzed and derived. According to the feeder characteristics of the actual distribution lines with planned photovoltaic capacity access in the whole area, the PV permeability and safety limits of each feeder were calculated under the premise that the deviation of the line voltage can reach the upper limit of the standard to determine the feeder with the risk of overvoltage after planned photovoltaic access. Finally, a case study was carried out on a real roof photovoltaic pilot project. The results show that the proposed method can quickly assess the planned capacity of the distribution network in the pilot area and provide a reference for the orderly development and construction of photovoltaic in the whole area.
