Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Prefabricated Anchor Foundation Considering Residual Strength
To improve the shortcomings of the existing anchor rod foundation, a new type of prefabricated anchor rod foundation was designed by optimizing the combination of the traditional prefabricated tower foundation and anchor rod foundation and improving the original foundation. In order to explore the mechanical characteristics of the prefabricated anchor rod foundation and further verify the feasibility of the foundation, finite element simulation calculation was carried out with ABAQUS, and a finite element modeling method was proposed that could effectively reflect the bearing capacity of the prefabricated anchor rod foundation and the stress of each component under the consideration of the influence of residual strength from the perspective of material constitutive structure, load application mode and contact behavior. Moreover, based on the actual test data, the single anchor simulation comparative analysis and the overall foundation stress analysis were carried out, and the stress changes of the contact surface under the action of uplift force, the whole process of the load affected by the prefabricated anchor rod foundation and the stress conditions of each component were obtained, which proved the rationality and correctness of the modeling method. It provides a reliable and effective basis for the design and construction of prefabricated anchor foundation and similar structures.
